Real Estate Law covers property, land and buildings along with other fixtures and immovable property including water, minerals and crops. It also covers land use, zoning, condemnation, construction and eminent domain. The Real Estate profession includes the buying, selling and renting of land, buildings, and housing as well as related professional service. This includes Real Estate brokers, appraisers, abstract and title services and insurance, surveyors who may deal with commercial buildings, residential homes, apartments cooperatives and condominiums.
