What was their reason for selling your property. Did they contact you and explain that they were going to do this.....Ask them if they understand the 13th ammendment to the conststitution concerning DUE PROCESS OF LAW. They took your property, and sold it at auction and denied you...
Contact all three credit agencies and tell them you want it taken off your report(s) because the information is inaccurate, and obsolete....
Good luck shelly.....

You are required to carry full-coverage insurance on financed cars......However, G.A.P insurance does not give you that kind of coverage. What G.A.P does is cover the diffrence of what an insurance company would pay on a totaled car verses what you owe....For example....Your car blue book is...
First......You need to understand that lawsuits can be very exspensive.....Even if your in the right!! I can tell you what I would do.....I would contact that dealer and insist that he MAKE THIS RIGHT!! Find out if they are willing to work with you and get you a better than good deal.....If...

Who's name was that account in? What were the terms of the account....Did she pull the money early? What does the divorce decree say regarding this property? Was this asset disclosed during the divorce preceedings? Did the subject of taxes even come in to play during the divorce...
perhaps you can get an attorney to write up an agreement for you.....I would state that it is agreed that all matters concerning your divorce and child custody will be decided in the jurisdiction of the California courts.
