I read quite a few of your posts, and like your advice. I am a landlord for a multi-tenant house and have a situation with a problem tenant. Are you registered in the state of Georgia. Do you consult? If so what is your hourly fee?

I humbly apologize about my 'disapproval' of your "Nope; you are wrong" answer showing up in your profile. I am new here, still learning the ropes. And my intent certainly was neither to harm, nor to give the impression that I felt my opinion was 'better' than yours. I do adore a good debate; you appear a worthy opponent.

Rightfully so freeadvice is a scumbag site, I have never seen so many rude ignorant posters gathered in one forum in my entire life, there is one bitter poster that obviously lost custody to a step parent ranting and belittling posters that are step parents she refers to step mothers as Blow Up Dolls or sperm banks, and worse. You click on her user profile she claims to be a family attorney in Ohio.
Reading her appalling posts it does not take long to figure out that boast is a crock. The fact that she can post 26,800 posts proves she is not a practicing attorney I know a lot of attorneys with blogs and that post on BB there is no way they can pull that off and still practice law. If you notice the bulk are written during business hours. Let's compare: bogus Ohio attorney 26,873 in just 2 and a half years- the administrator of this site who is an attorney and post as often as possible and moderates the site has 4592 in 14 years. That should tell you there is garbage being passed on freeadvice.
The bogus Ohio lawyer leads a pack of rabid dogs that ridicule unsuspecting posters that are in trouble so it is no surprise that these posters reappear here. The shenanigans practiced by the senior posters at freeadvice would not make muster on this site. The administrator would not tolerate a lay poster passing themselves off as an officer of the court, and then have a bunch of jackals jump in to the feeding frenzy.
Anyone posting is much better served on this site, class act posters that care about the law do not last long on sham websites like freeadvice. The family law board caters to the bitter "pack" on that board . The posters with Mommy in their user name don't know what they are talking about. They probably lost custody of their own kids and are bitter, hence the reason they provide bad advice. Misery loves company and no where is the misery and bitterness more apparent than freeadvice.
In my opinion it is the most appalling legal website on the Internet, administrated by a women who cares less about the law,and more about keeping a regular bunch of stooges posting to get good placement on the search engine.

I have checked out this board and couldn't agree more. There appears to be an internal uprising occuring under the title "issue I would like to address". It will be interesting to see if this thread has any impact on the overall nastiness of this site.
