She is a fruitcake that intends to cause trouble. She has been banned under dozens of user name hundreds of times on several forums. We (members of these forums) have developed "K-DAR" to alert others. Her pattern of posting is easy to peg.
So Kelly-troll actually INTENDS to cause trouble or she is a fruitcake who just can't help herself?
Hi...A forum troll is someone that joins a forum to cause trouble. Like the "kelly-troll" that I pointed out to you...She joins (generally) to post nonsense to dead threads. Once in a blue moon she gets it right...Kind of along the theory of giving a pen and paper to 1000 monkeys and one of them will write "Shakespeare". lol!
Interesting ... we just received an Amber Alert from Rolla, MO aboiut a 13 year old girl that left home ... there is some thought she left with a man she met on line. I'll have to see if they update any info with anything close to Biddle or Larry.
Please understand that the juvenile and custody section is a very personal matter to me. I need to be careful of that I know. Thank you for your advice. You have my permission to call me down if you see something I shouldn't be doing.
Thank you...I think that JG is "concerned" due to your posting. It's unusual for a new member to post with such gusto and NOT be a troll. It'll settle down I'm sure.

If you will allow me to give you a little bit of advice? When posting in the custody/support forum be careful to be as accurate, for the state in question, as possible as many posters are filing pro se. Many OP's don't post their state and I notice a lot of members here post info that is state specific. Personally I usually won't bother answering until they post their state because some states have "strange" stat's...CA and TX being two off the top of my head.
Apology accepted. My manner is blunt and you aren't the first person to mistake that for attitude. Nor will you be the last. I post on this and a couple of other forums because, like you, I love the law. I like being able to help direct someone who is having issues...Not because I am arrogant or mean. I find that a direct and blunt answer often makes the point clearer...But if I am advising something contrary to the desires of the OP I am a meanie. lol!!
Fair enough. Please accept my apology for being an ass. I removed the bad part of the comment before you even responded, but that doesn't excuse the fact I posted it.
I like you man. Why do you always treat me in such a condescending manner? Thanks for the tip on lonelyinny. I think she may be a woman who lost a child either to death or the system. I feel sorry for her.
Bay, I have done my best to be not only nice to you but to not be a jerk to you. Why can't you do the same?
Just a heads up...Lonlyinny is a law forum troll that has been banned off of just about every legal site on the net....Her "m.o." is to necropost (VERY OLD and dead threads) that, for the most part, pertain to custody matters. If you see one of her posts just check the date...most of them are to threads months or even years old.;)
Hit the reputation button or the thank you button for me. It gives you rep points.
I also wonder if this is the guy. That screen name says Larry Bittle to me. There is exactly one Larry Biddle in MO according to google.

Larry Biddle (573) XXX-XXXX XXXX Somewhere Ave,Eldon, MO 65026 Could be his father or something too so I blanked out the total contact info.
Hey man, the longer I look at that post where the man was doing the 15 year old daughter of his girlfriend the more I think it's the daughter who is doing the posting. Look at the other post about her "friend" who is 16 turning 17, etc etc. I think she is the girl that won't testify. What do you think?
Hey Gail, I am doing this privately because you do give great advice to people and I don't want to correct you in public. It's not a big mistake anyway but I thought you might want to know. In Ga the request is for a Writ of Possession and it is done by an Affidavit during a complaint. There is no such thing as a Affidavit of possession. You file a complaint with a sworn statement OCGA 44-7-50 and if you prevail you are granted a "Writ of Possession" OCGA 44-7-53.

Anyway, I again don't mean to make a big deal about it but I figured you take so much pride in what you do that you might want to know. I added you on the friends list. I'm in Acworth, where do you live?

Don't get me wrong, I thought it was brilliant. I hope he is stupid enough to answer you. If he does ask him more, like where he is..... I'll pass it on even if you don't want to.
