Not Hired Because Won't Work Sunday Morning

I have recently applied to a company for a job requiring me to work every other weekend. I told them I could not work Sunday morning because I go to church, but would work as many Saturdays as needed. My husband is a minister and I teach church school and am very involved.
I have almost 4 years experience in the same exact job in another region of the company and there were 7 job openings, so there is not a question of me being qualified.
I have not been hired as of yet and they are holding out on giving me a specific reason why I was not hired.
Do I have any legal ground to stand on?
Thank you!

They are not obligated to tell you why you weren't hired

I don't think you have any legal standing whatsoever

If the job requires that you be able to work Sunday mornings and you are unable to work Sunday mornings, they have no legal obligation to offer you the job.

And I concur with the above poster - they are not obligated to give you a reason why you were not hired.
