Collect child support

Iam a single prof father with custody of my 2 children girl 6 and boy 5... I have been trying to get anything from the mother but keep getting stonewalled cause she says she applied for sis and can't work! She is 9000 in the rears and no enforcement has been done! She also is not disabled! It's just her scam!! What can I do to get someone to listen or get back in front of a judge!!!!Help,,

If she's awarded SSDI, that can be garnished. If she's awarded SSI though, that can't be touched.

Believe me, you'll find out one way or the other whether she is or isn't actually disabled. In the meantime the courts will often withhold further collection activity as long as the owing parent can provide proof that they've at least applied for disability.

In PA, the state will assist you and attempt to collect court ordered child support.
