im not a lwayer but without evidence the police cant do anything, a civil lawsuit would be expensive and hard for them to persue especially since nothing happened. DONT DRINK AND DRIVE IT'S STUPID

ok so i went to court today and it was a glorious waste of time, apperently it was just an initial trial so all i did was go there and plea guilty, then they couldent give me a penalty yet becuase since i commited they act in a different county then i live in so now i have to got to a different...

i had a friend evic some deadbeats from his house and he just threw all their crap in the garbage. BTW not leagal advice. Good luck. people on here are genuises they will know what u can leagally do.

is a letter really that odd, if it helps i was charged for MIC at a party a while back. They never gave us the tickets when the cops were there. Told us we were geting minors but gave us nothing. A few weeks later got the ticket in the mail, then after that got summons for court saying show up...

wow thats bad to get busted for the same thing on the way to court. Obviously your friend probably has a problem/addiction and needs help. maybe a small jail time will be the turn around he needs. Good luck

thats dumb, your right i think they trying to team up on you. I would go in but dont resign, that person was mean to you and unless you did anything wrong they dont really have anyreason they could fire you.
