There has been a blood test out to detect both Herpes 1 and 2 for the past several years. That's how mine was found. I have never had an outbreak.

they can't produce a copy of the agreement? sounds strange to me. Call the bar association in your state and start asking some questions. If they can't find your agreement with them, then they don't have a case.

It is no fault in Texas, but it possible to sue for adultery. It's just a bigger hassle, but if the divorce is you spouse's fault and you can prove it, then go for adultery b/c he or she will have to pay your legal fees.

if you want to give the marriage another shot, then don't show up for court to finalize the divorce. it takes a signature in front of judge to finalize it. If no one shows up for court, the divorce is dismissed and you are still married. as far as legal separation...

I would think that he forfieted all his rights by being in jail. what's the problem? all you have to do is have him served. they know where to find him LOL. I SERIOULY doubt that he will even be allowed anywhere near a child for the rest of his life.
