doesn't matter It is no fault in Texas, but it possible to sue for adultery. It's just a bigger hassle, but if the divorce is you spouse's fault and you can prove it, then go for adultery b/c he or she will have to pay your legal fees.

what are you saying???? if you want to give the marriage another shot, then don't show up for court to finalize the divorce. it takes a signature in front of judge to finalize it. If no one shows up for court, the divorce is dismissed and you are still married. as far as legal separation...
