When you signed up for a bank account, are you signing something that allows the government to freeze your bank account and to do wage garnishment? maybe I need to ask a reno financial advisor for an answer to this but if you have the answer, do tell.

in another forum, Mightymoose suggested asking for the property back. ask for it without threatening a lawsuit. when he replies, he is indirectly agreeing that he still has your property and is refusing to give to you.

Your spouse from overseas has to be with you for 2 years for the "green card" to be permanent? Does that spouse then have to take his/her test to become naturalized or will my naturalized status automatically convert them to naturalized status?
