Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Can I be charged?

You physiclly lowered a price or did not scan an itme, doesn't amtter if you know the customer or not. I've had many "sweetheart" deals where the employee was just mad at the store so they discounted/lowered items. I'd get a lawyer if I were you.

Ignoring LP is never a good idea. You got lucky at a "hands off" store. where some store would had put you down and handcuffed you.

He screwed up, he made an adult decision, time to face the adult punishment. And tell him the "Thats not me on...

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Arrested At Macys

Re: Arrested At Store Name So you "forgot" to pay for a $200 item? You know who else forgot? Everyone I've arrested in 14 years. A bit of advice, when you go to court, don't give the excuses, the judge has heard them all before. Work with a public defender and try to get diversion.

Says the thief. Try being the person/place being stolen from you'd change your turne real quick. And theft is not a real big problemin Saudi Arabia, since you either never do it twice, or are smart enough to not do it in the 1st place for fear of losing a hand. Perhaps they have the right idea.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Ontario Shoplifter, second charge of theft under 5000

The court gave you a chance with Diversion. You obviously didn't learn anything from it and stole again, they will see this and will now throw the book at you.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Banned from a store but did not steal anything!

You will be judged by the company you keep. Its a private business, you were with someone stealing, they have every right to ban you.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Shoplifted, so screwed

Nothing just "Vanishes" from your record, plus you name goes in a database store use when hiring. That won't go away for several years.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Shoplifted, so screwed

Each case is diffrent, each judge is diffrent, each DA is diffrent. You might get a judge or a DA who decide to teach you a lesson and give you some jail time or a fine. Also it will go on your record, so unless you enjoy flipping burgers (if your lucky) I'd look into diversion.
