Okay so I'm 19 and I have three charges on me. Now at my first court date I was told by the PD that two of the charges would be dropped and the F3 dropped down to a M6 but I was falsely accused of the crime. The question is do I need an attorney at the pliminary hearing to get the charges dropped down to the M6 or should I ask for a continuance and get a lawer to drop the M6 as well? O the M6 charge is menissing, my first offence.

My mom passed away the 28th of last month, and we are waiting on autopsy report for she died within 15 min of getting to the hosp, so we haven't gotten a death certificate yet, my question is I am mom's only child and she was married to a man who is not my dad, what are my rights as my mom's only child? We live in the state of Texas. Mom left her husband 7 weeks ago but never got a divorce and was living in an abusive situation for 20+ years, he has been awful to me and wouldn't let me help with mom's funeral and keeps repeating that he will burn my mom's things and my baby pictures. Mom never told me much about their bank accts but did tell me 6 weeks ago Sherry I have an annuity in the sum of 40,000 in mine and your name only and it's in a safe deposit box and I am going to give you the key but she never got to give it to me, now I know he has it and is probably hiding it somewhere, we are talking a fairly large estate, what should I do? Can I get the annuity from him, should I just come out and ask him for it? I read where annuities don't half to go to probate? Oh and there is no will, my step dad has told everyone there is no will, Thank you for your time and consideration
I am trying to get legal custody of my 2 younger brothers due to their living conditions and i believe they would be better off with me. Is there a way that i can fight for custody of them or is the only way to get custody of them is by my mom signing custody over to me.
I just pooped on your face!

And I think it's such a disgrace,

THAT YOU LET ME

Poop on your facE!

=) Go to hell!

Hello and Happy Wednesday! I have been harassed, stalked and threatened repeatedly for 3 years now, on a website that is associated with my place of work. I would like to find out if and how i can take legal action against this person. This has been going on way to long and fear that this person may carry out the many threats made, not to mention the humility and slander i have already endured. If you could provide me with any advice or direction in this matter i would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you.
Nope. They can keep you in the dark until the moment they arrest you. Why give someone the chance to flee?

While we CAN notify the person of a warrant, there is no requirement that we do so.

Hello. I like a lot of your advice on these forums! However, as far as what you say about warrants in the criminal forum, I was a bit confused. In criminal cases, doesn't the prosecutor's side have to make a good-faith effort to notify you of a warrant for your arrest?
I received a foreclosure notice from Chicago Title (Trustee) State of Nevada. All payments were made on time as supported by Payee report from Wells Fargo bank. Payments were made via direct deposit and later by scheduled bill pay through Wells Fargo.

Mortgagee refused to accept some payments and accepted others although payments were exactly the same each month and paid in accordance with the note and deed of trust.

Which court would have jurisdiction to dismiss the foreclosure and do I have legal recourse to recover damages to my credit and costs to litigate the case?

Please help.
I was wondering if you could help with some information on my custody case? I have completed everything that is required by juvenile courts to obtain custody of my daughter but was wondering if it would hurt me that Ive only had my residence for 3 months as opposed to 6 months required by juvenile courts? please reply...data_gurl
