I saw posted that to be convicted of a child molestration, all is need to convict is a child saying you did it. This means that if a child get mad at you he can accuse you and you will go to prison for something you did not do. This is a witch hunt like in the witch hunts of the 1600's. This is unconstitutional. Our country is making unconstitutional laws all the time. Therefore our constution is not worth the paper it is printed on. I know of a case where the children (2) could not identify the accused. After the police talked to then for about 10 minutes, the children identified him. He was sent to prison for something he did not do. This is not right. I guess this is what georgia calls getting tough on crime. If we can put all accused in prison then all the guilty will not slip from prosecution. What does this say for the innocent. It is bad when the innocent has to go to prison just to be sure all the quilty goes to prison. Our country might as well be called United States of Socialist Republic (U.S.S.R.). We are no better than the old Soviet Union.
It is terrible what our country has come to in the last 40 years. I hope our economy never recovers and because of our socialist policies. There is no reason for our great country (it use to be) to be this sorry. Back in the 1950 and early 1960's the leader of Soviet Union said our country could be conqured within 40 years by not firing a shot but from within. He said the leaders of the United States could give the people a little of socialism a little at a time and before they know it they will ask "How did it happen; we did not see it coming". When, I believe it was McCarthy, was saying there are communist in our government, it seems now he was right. Look at our country now. Like I said were are becomming the United States of Socialist Republic (U.S.S.R.). Our constitution does not mean a thing any more.
