When I was under 18 I received a citation for theft less than $50 and had to meet with the Department of Juvenile Services or something like that. There was no real punishment for it they basically gave me a warning. I thought this would be removed from my record once I turned 18 but my question is will a job ever know about this even if they ask about any offenses that occured under the age of 18. My primary concern is the military because I am trying to get in as a warrant officer and they are asking to list all criminal offenses even juvenile.

If your state does not seal the record automatically, you have to apply to get it sealed if there where any charges. But even if you do that, the military has access to even expunged records for such purposes. They would know so be hones about it.
