My name has been included in a class action lawsuit against a former employer for alleged violations of the WARN Act. Do I personally need to sign an agreement with the law firm representing the employees in order to receive possible compensation from a judgment in this case? Thank you.

Be advised, plaintiffs in most class action lawsuits receive $25-50 on average.
The real winners in class actions are the law firms!
