Termination

If a person files a racism claim of how he is being treated at the store as an employee. Can another store manger come in and tell the manager to fire the employee. Is that legal? If she does fire the employee is that grounds for a law suite?

An employee can be fired without being given a reason.
Anyone can file a lawsuit.
The mere filing of a lawsuit means very little, if the case isn't solid.

Can another store manger come in and tell the manager to fire the employee. Yes.

Is that legal? Yes.

If she does fire the employee is that grounds for a law suite? No.

Google, at-will employment

You might want to consider speaking with an attorney who can evaluate your claims to see if your termination might be some form of retaliatory conduct for your allegations of racial bias. However, if there is no unlawful act connected to your allegations of "racism" (whatever that might mean as you used the term), then this might be a waste of time.

What sort of "racism" do you feel you were subject to?

Agree with above responder. You can't be discriminated against due to your race but we don't have much detail.
