Ex husband taking me back to court 2nd time spence October lowering child support, was 244.84 lowered in oct. To 150 monthly,now wanting to lower it to 50 monthly. He is currently enrolled in school 3days a week. Once in front of the judge can he try to get visitation changed eve though that is not in the paper work for court. He currently has supervised visitation in which he has only showed up for once in 6 years.

Most judges will not allow Dad to address visitation if it is not mentioned in the filing that is before the court.
