Splitting retirement

I got a divorce in September 2010 and my attorney failed to split the retirement account with my ex-wife. I have to do a QDRO. My question is, is there a time limit on when I have to file it by? They are not cheap and I am still getting out of the debt hole I am in!

You might be better off speaking with your lawyer.

Don't further jeopardize your financial well being by trying to do this yourself.

If you insist, perhaps you might speak with the administrator of your pension plan.
