I have been a Plant Manager with the company for 13 years.
Part of our employee hand book statement that was signed at the time of employment was paid sick days.
Now the original owner passed away and his daughters took over the business.
They are cutting everything plus they want to take our paid sick days away.
Is that legal could management fight it?

The daughters appear to be very, smart business people.

Dad, perhaps, was too kind.

Time will tell.

You can fight it, but you'll probably lose.

If your fight is too contentious, you might even lose your job.

The owner giveth, the owner taketh away,

Ontario does not require employers to offer sick days paid or unpaid until the employer has more than 50 employees.

If the employer has 51, or more employees, the employer is only required to provide up to 10 days per year unpaid leave.

Thanks.
Unfortunately this used to be a good company to work for.
I did a lot of extra for them to come to work every single day at least an hour extra.
Now strictly 8 hours a day no more.

As army said to much of a fight could cost you your job in the long run. Use your sick days before they are taken away if they have not already done so. Good luck.
