i don't think you have to file anything in Wa. When you get married in Vegas the chapel files the necessary paperwork in NV therefore you should be legally married.

Assuming your Las Vegas marriage was not illegal under Washington law (both 18, not closer than second cousins), then you are legally married in Washington.
