I signed a quit claim deed to a jointly owned rental property so we can transfer it to a llc. The llc is solely owned by my husband. With a divorce, will I still get 50% of the property even though I signed a quit claim deed?

I doubt it.

If you did what I think you did, you gifted the LLC 100% of your interest in the property.

I'm not sure who or what wins the LLC.

Spend $500 and discuss this with a lawyer who has access to things we don't.

No, don't share that information here. See a lawyer in your county.

Since California is a community property state, in all likelihood, the LLC would be treated as community property even if it is in the husband's name, but you should consult with a California to make sure that the quit claim deed has not negatively affected your rights in the asset.
