Is your son an adult or a juvenile?
Is he being charged in adult or juvenile court?
Does your son have any prior felony convictions?

Describe as generically as you can, what you know about the circumstances surrounding your son's arrest.

He's 18 but it happened when he was 17 so it will be Juvenile court in Blaine County. He has never been into trouble. Not even a tardy slip also he has a 4.0Graduate. He had anal sexy with a 15 yr old she said when see was sleeping. But never said anything for 11/2. I'm just sick over this. What should we be prepared for? Court is in 2 days!!!! Please help, Thank you

Your son will probably get convicted of some sexual molestation charge, maybe sodomy.

The charge won't be the last of this.

He'll probably be adjudicated as a sexual offender required to register as such for decades, maybe the rest of his life!

He will probably get court ordered therapy, which could help him better understand his dark side.

He's more than likely been sexually molested himself. It would help you better protect others if you knew who had anal "sexy" (or worse) with your son.

Children just don't do this type of thing unless its been perpetrated on them!!!

Your son anally raped a child while she was asleep?? Yikes! If he did do this, the fact hat she didn't report it right away out of fear, embarrassment, or confusion is completely understandable and meaningless as far as your son is concerned. Not that this poor girl should feel any of those things but that is a very serious violation and not one any child would be expected to know how to handle.

Is your son in counseling now? If not, get him into some. If he thought this was acceptable behavior, something is very, very wrong. His GPA and timeliness to school are not going to mean squat here.
