Hello,
I work for a international company (CNH) Owned by Fiat,
we were just notified that they intend to put cameras up in the work place because of vandalism, so we go to have our first meeting with the company (as a union official i was part of this) and they come out and tell us they want hidden cameras as well as visible one, and then proceed to tell us that the feed would be going to managements office not to security, so then we ask what is their intent for having them go to the managements office. (Well we would like the opportunity to review them if someone did not get their numbers for that day. what is our legal rights as a union, we have 3 or 4 more meeting with them before they want to start acting and put them up probably on plant shutdown in July. Of course we are against a big brother atmosphere. and the really only time we don't get our numbers is when their f-king robots don't work like they should
