i am a filipino seaman now i am 15 months on board to this vessel,i want to go back home to philippines. but my us c1d visa was already expired last january 2013.now we are proceeding at New Orleans. can i go home with an expired c1d visa?

There's no slavery or involuntary servitude, so you'd be free not to sail.

If you have a passport, you should be able to travel using same.

You might wish to discuss other options with your captain, or owner of the vessel.
