Was in H1 visa in 2010 got arrange marriage in pakistan, came back with wife in 2011 and had a baby here in USA, we had clashes and couldn't get along, went back to home country and in 2012 we had divorce there, child was with mother all the time and still with her, as local law there also supports the child with mother, father cannot take custody.
I came back and i got my green card later. Wife doesn't have any status, she was on H4 and that expired.
now exwife is filling a case in court there to have a legal custodian certificate, will that impact me, can she get benefit of that and claim US visa or can she be any trouble for me. pls hlp
