False Declarations signed under perjury

I have a currant wife that is divorcing me and an ex-wife conspiring against me. they went so far as to sign declarations under perjury that are false. I have asked my attorney to do something with that but he has done nothing. What can been done with false statements signed under perjury. Can I file charges myself since he won't do it for me? What kind of charges can be brought forth to the courts??
