Good Day to all, My question is, If I relieve a coworker for breaks and lunches in a different department with a different position and higher pay wage, am i entitled to receiving the same wage as that coworker that earns?

This would be an issue to take up with your employer (although you probably shouldn't).

No, neither would you be penalized with reduced wages for relieving a person making $5.00 an hour less than you do.
