Good Day to all, My question is, If I relieve a coworker for breaks and lunches in a different department with a different position and higher pay wage, am i entitled to receiving the same wage as that coworker that earns?

No, neither would you be penalized with reduced wages for relieving a person making $5.00 an hour less than you do.
