My kids father owes child support, it's an ungodly amount, not sure how much. We have been going to court in talequah Oklahoma but I have been trying to get back into Wagoner county, is there anything I have done legally to make the process easier?

The location of the court should be in the county where you reside, perhaps where he resides.

The location of the court aside, have you contacted these fine folks?

Program Information

If not, contact them and see what help they can offer.
If they are involved, the process won't be swift, and even after you prevail, you might only get five bucks here and there.

Some parents NEVER collect a dime.
That means plan your life as if you'll never get a dollar.
If you ever get $5,000, consider that to be a great windfall.

Your dilemma isn't unique, as many single parents (male and female) never collect anything from the DEADBEAT parent.
