I sell digital goods over the internet. A customer signed up and began their downloads.
But the next day I received a demand for a refund. This was refused as stated in the policies (which new signups are required to acknowledge).
The last email I received from this person was a death threat with no specific timeline. There really isn't too much wiggle room for interpretation of the meaning.
I have some personal information on file about this person such as general location, phone number, name, and type of payment used. My personal information is somewhat anonymous since all my correspondence is from the business.
I have many happy customers but once is a while get some exceptions, though never this bad.
What would be the recommended course of action at this point?
