confused and need help please!!!

My ex boyfriend and i share a daughter together, recently we have been going through a standard child visitation battle, everything is very crazy right now, he had my daughter nov.19th through the 21st and then got her again wednesday nov 24th through sunday nov. 28th and he claims he suppose to get her again this friday through sunday, he claims this past weekend dont count because this is how standard holiday visitation goes?? please help!! is this true?? i really miss spending time and weekends with my daughter

Are there actually any court orders in place?

If paternity hasn't been established, the child isn't legally his daughter.

If no court orders exist, as pertains to custody and support, you don't have to allow the man claiming to be dad to see the child.
