I have paid money to my child mother and have my receipts..but the court refuse to acknowledge my doing so..what preceding can i take to have it acknowledge?

You need to supply more info. Was this support paid prior to any court ordered support?

Any money GIVEN outside a lawful child support order won't be acknowledged by the court.

In essence ALL such money will be considered to be GIFTS.

There is NO way around that.

I'm sure the custodial parent APPRECIATES the gifts given.

This happens all the time search and forum like this. Any monies given other parent without being ordered by court is considered a "gift". In fact in some post I have read over the years back support was ordered for that the time the other parent paid what he/she was presumed as "support".
