Have very contentious child custody matter (3 minor children) which is going to appeal by the maternal grandparents. Paternal grandparents currently have physical/legal custody. Mother & father lost custody due neglect & other issues. There is social service involvement too sensitive in nature to describe here. Case so far seems quite one-sided. Evidence presented by maternal grandparents was relevant but largely ignored, whereas, evidence presented by paternal grandparents is well received. Another example mother can only have supervised visitation; father, who should also have supervised visits for good reasons, has visits as per the desires of his parents which is liberal. Maternal grandparents have no compelling evidence or confirmed case of child abuse against them but the judge ordered that the father, who should be supervised himself, is to supervise materal grandparents on visits scheduled at his discretion. Father is known lier & maternal grandparents have proof of that. Allegations of child abuse leveled against children's mother same day by paternal grandmother that her husband was convicted of assault against children's mother. Suggestions please. :(
