Can I request this accommodation?

My annual review will happen soon. At the beginning of the year I was told I don't socialize enough, and do not communicate well with administrators. I have an EEOC case against my employer for failure to provide accommodations, for lack of being expedient in handling response to my accommodation requests, and for retaliation. I have mental health issues, and side effects from my disability and the medications I have to take. ASK JAN (Job Accommodation Network) suggested I request an accommodation for socializing and poor communication with my employers. Would such accommodations be outlandish? Are such accommodations legally obtainable?
