In 2004 my company gave all the field technicians the option of joining a BELO compensation program. A contract was signed with the terms of agreement stating that "This agreement will be effectivefrom April 1, 2004 and will continue until terminated by You in writing or upon your termination from CZIMT".
With the latest downturn in the economy my company wants to save money and they are cancelling the BELO contract. I did not consent to this nor did the other employees.
Is this a breech of contract and do we have any legal recourse in this matter?
