My daughter was born in PuertoRico her father Signed her Birth certificate Now I live in another state he is not part of her life.She doesn't know him I got married and the only person that my daughter knows as a father is my husband can my husband adopt my daughter without her father's consent. I do not know where he lives or where hes at.
