I am a mailman, which I deliever in a mail room which has several keys to this mail room and numerous of employee delieve to this mail room when I'm not at work. The superviser made a duplicate (copy) of the key in which I signed out 2 days before finding the mail under the box. Because it was found on my route he made me responsible. I believed he (supeviser) planted the mail under box. What can I do.

I suggest you speak to your union rep, if you're a US Mail Service employee.

Otherwise, you might wish to discuss this with a lawyer, or wait until formal charges are filed.

What did the supervisor say (if anything) that he was going to do? What makes you think the supervisor planted it there - how can you prove it?

If any adverse action is taken against you, follow army judge's advice above.
