My husband and I split up a year ago. I did not hear from him for 10 months. I have no idea where he was or is. He cleaned out his savings and did not send any $$$ for bills we had together, inclulding mortgage. Is he still entitled to ownership of our home? What are my legal rights? Do I need to file for a separation or can I file for divorce?
