Good job giving the wrong address. It seems like they had no problem finding you, so you might as well pay it. When people give me the wrong info, the police charge them with giving false information.

a secret shopper didn't stop/search you. we're called loss prevention agents. as far as I'm concerned you can try to fight this, but the store seems to have enough on you.

I would like to know how everyone uses civil demand in their store. our policy is if the product is damaged or not recovered (which only really happens if subject flees the store) then we CD.

so I seriously called like 30 stores today with an lp survey. maybe 4 of them said that since they didn't reconize my name, they wouldn't answer the questions, the others were like 'OK!'

I've always been under the assumption that if a person is with somebody stealing, unless they help them, there is no reason to stop them.
