If oj simpson were to come out and admit that he commited murder could he be found guilty? Does admition count as "COMPELLING EVIDENCE" so that the double jeopardy clause could be overruled?
Probably wouldn't hold up in court, i'm sure the officer had some reason as to why he kicked in your door. If he was giving you a ticket how was the door even shut?
This is absolutley illegal. I'm not sure why they would be taking pictures of you, did you recognize them at all? Were they involved in the case in any way? The court is actually responsible for making sure this does not happen, they are required to check everyones cell phone and pockets prior...
