Most states automatically report deliquent child support to credit bureaus. But I think it has to be so much before they will. At least, Indiana does. I don't know about FL or SC. Child support offices will do the reporting.

Keep records of calls. My husband went a year without talking or seeing his daughter. We took phone records into court. You can file for parental allienation. She was found incontempt of court. Any other problems with visitations, she will go to jail.

In Indiana, the cost of medical insurance is figured into the child support. I don't know about California. Look up your state's child support guidelines. Or look at your break down of the support calculations. Ours was shown in that.

My husband paid health insurance on his child. They deducted the amount per week straight off the child support amount. Say his child support was set at $100 a week but he pays $20 then he would pay $80. Now the CP has insurance so they take $15 off. I would look up your state's guidelines...
Some states let you re-evaluate your child support every one to two years regardless of changes of circumstances. Look up your state's support guidelines. Mine can be done every two years (Michigan). Then you should be able to add the new addition.
