Per our divorce agreement, my husband is suppose to supply his lawyer with his prio year W2 to determine the next years child support amount. He has not supplied his W2 from 2008 and now 2009. I have sent him request to do this, but he just ignores me, what can I do on my own, as in file papers on my own to "force' him to comply with our court ordered agreement?

You can't make him do anything. It should be obvious to you that you might be the cause of his recalcitrance.

So, speak with your lawyer about this. Then allow your lawyer to handle matters for you.

If you no longer have a lawyer, you can contact the child support agency in your state for help with his compliance to the support order.

Child support usually can only be adjusted every 2 or 3 years anyways. How long has it been?
