Wrongful termination

    I had been wrongfully terminated from a walgreens and so i filed a suit against them through my attorney...we ended up settling fo 80 grand ,and my lawyer was to get 40 percent and myself the remainder which was 60 as stated in a wrtten contract, well my attorney ended up giving me the 40 percent and he got the sixty ...how can that be...and. How can i get my share that was agreed upon that is my right isnt it,,and he dont return my calls ....

    Did your attorney provide you with a written retainer agreement (essentially your contract)?

    If so, read it.
