my fiance was terminated and was told by his boss that the reason was because he didn't like his attitude. My fiance then filed for unemployment and was denied stating that he destroyed equipment. The denial stated that although no equipment was broken, he is still at fault. My fiance did not destroy or break any equipment. He is going to appeal the denial. Prior to him being terminated, his boss always told him that he need to find Christ and have him in his life. Should he get a lawyer? Help!

He can be fired for any reason in most states. He has a good chance of winning the appeal for unemployment though.
