My jurisdiction is: Ma

I'm African American male, 40s, telephone sales, only black, 10 mos on the job. Paid less equal work - top sales for month twice - consisent production -racial comments, false (easily provable) 'warnings put in file' - terminated (obvious and easily seen) pretext. EEOC mediation held 4/9 with no resolution. Company did put forth an 'insult' settlement. Because of untruth they told DUA, I was disqualifed and appeal hearing is 4/23/09 . This is a serious problem and their actions show reckless disregard for my rights and the law. Could use some advice.
