My jurisdiction is: Kansas
Our hourly employees are on work share which means they only work 24-32 hours per week and can get unemployment for the other 1-2 days. I was wondering if you are non-exempt salary, where I get paid hourly and also qualify for overtime. Can I get the unemployment for the 1-2 days I don't work? Our company is cutting back hours, etc.:
