My jurisdiction is: Kansas

Our hourly employees are on work share which means they only work 24-32 hours per week and can get unemployment for the other 1-2 days. I was wondering if you are non-exempt salary, where I get paid hourly and also qualify for overtime. Can I get the unemployment for the 1-2 days I don't work? Our company is cutting back hours, etc.::confused:
 
You'll have to ask your state unemployment office. That is too state- and situation-specific a question for us to do anything but guess.
