I married a man in Kansas in 1998. I left to go back to Texas in 1991 and haven't seen or spoken with him since. He won't send any divorce papers for me to sign, although he told a family member of mine that he has filed in Kansas. Can I file in Texas or do I need to wait on him some more? I just want him out of my life. Also, is there any way to get a divorce without letting him know the specific address to where I live? He can have everything we accumulated while we were married. I just want out. Please help.
