Hello,
I have a custody battle with the mother of my daughter, where I have full legal and physical custody, and the mother has limited visitation. I was wondering how I would go about withdrawing my case from court. We have finally come to an agreement, and we are done with the court appearances. How can we go about withdrawing out cases out of court? I have an attorney right now, and she doesnt. I was told that if I go "pro-per" it would be a more "neutral playing field" and the judge might be more prone to allow us to withdraw. Anyone have any idea?
Thank you in advance for any responses.
