Wisconsin earned vacation pay after resignation

I am in Wisconsin, gave a two week notice, was released the same day. I recieved my pay for the previous week of work and one additional week. I also build up over two weeks of unused vacation time. How do I go about receiving the vacation time and does the one additional week of pay need to be deducted from the vacation pay if I am entitled to that.

If you received a week of additional pay, you got more than the law requires.

WI law only requires the payout of unused vacation if there is a contract or company policy stating it will be paid out. They only need pay you through the last day you actually worked.
Proceed to small claims court,and file.
