I am looking for advice concerning developing assets which are Intellectual Properties.

At present, I have ran into some complications concerning IP's, that could concern Government contracting and other competitor contracts and business, undeveloped patents, and litigations about these.

According to the business plan of the business ;

If I have a life insurance, what is the best way to make a deal with an attorney, to carry on my business in the name of my beneficiary, and to extract a retaine from the insurance policy ?
